She is a certified personal trainer with ACE, CPR and AED trained, and also possesses REHAB Masterclass certification. I started my fitness journey without knowing much. Monkey see, monkey do. I was blasting out as many reps and sets with as much weight as I could carry. I progressed, but at the same time, injuries started cropping up. So, I moderated my training to bodyweight routines and I paid a lot more attention to form and control, balanced with mobility and flexibility. I believe bodyweight strength and mobility works for training longevity, so it’s a training philosophy I really try to focus on when coaching.
