Coach Mindy is a loving, passionate and proud coach that believes in self-efficacy and empowerment. She has an academic background in science and behaviour, and over 12 years of working with learners in different capacities. Her unique perspectives and skills thus allow her to work with a variety of clients to generate self-motivation, sustainable success and effective lifestyles for their needs.
As a female Personal Trainer, she also identifies with female empowerment in strength training. To this end, she has created a platform for ladies to train together in groups and yet receive individualised training (Build Your HEROine).
She is a certified personal trainer with ACE, CPR and AED trained, and also possesses REHAB Masterclass certification. Her interests are twofold: gaining skills and knowledge to improve as a coach, and helping clients gain confidence and strength in their movement for their needs and functions of daily living.

With a background in track and field (400m) and Swimming (50m and 100m Freestyle), Coach Randall enjoyed sports of all kinds and working out was always a part of his lifestyle. He is also currently a charity athlete, running races to raise awareness and funds for his adopted charities.
An ACE certified personal trainer, he has taken his love for sports and his love for helping others get fit, get healthy to new heights as a trainer in Fitness Bravo. Being able to connect with his clients on a different level and being able to help them improve on their fitness goals and health is one of his greatest joys.

Growing up with a dad who was a bodybuilder, Coach Khai would follow his dad to the gym for training and that was the start of his fitness journey. Fast forward to 12 years later, Khai sees the benefits of keeping fit through and that was his main drive to be a personal trainer. Khai believes that "prevention is better than cure", hence his aim to instill that motto to his clients that exercising can be simple and enjoyable so that they can truly enjoy benefits to live llife as much as possible.

I started my fitness journey without knowing much. Monkey see, monkey do. I was blasting out as many reps and sets with as much weight as I could carry. I progressed, but at the same time, injuries started cropping up. So, I moderated my training to bodyweight routines and I paid a lot more attention to form and control, balanced with mobility and flexibility. I believe bodyweight strength and mobility works for training longevity, so it’s a training philosophy I really try to focus on when coaching.
