THIS IS A UNIQUE PROGRAM THAT EMPHASIZES A LONGER TERM COMMITMENT TO SELF BY ENGAGING IN REGULAR PRACTICE SO WE CAN ACHIEVE BODY AWARENESS AND CREATE PROGRESS.

what to expect

THROUGHOUT A YEAR, BIM WILL DRAW FROM VARYING DISCIPLINES AND MOVE THROUGH SEVERAL PROJECTS. TRAINING THIS WAY EXPOSES MOVERS TO DIFFERENT CALIBRATED TOPICS WITH THE AIM OF MOVING STRONGER, BETTER, AND WITH EASE.

THE BIM COURSE COVERS 8 IN-STUDIO SESSIONS (8.45PM TO 9.45PM ON FRIDAYS) AS WELL AS 2 SUPPLEMENTARY SESSIONS (OUTSIDE OF THE STUDIO) WITH PERSONAL FEEDBACK.
