what to expect

WE WILL USE STRENGTH TRAINING TO BUILD A FOUNDATIONAL BASE, WITH EXPOSURE TO DIFFERENT CHALLENGES THAT WILL DEVELOP AND ENHANCE YOUR CONFIDENCE AND CAPACITIES TO MOVE.

ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME TO JOIN, EVEN IF YOU HAVE NO EXPERIENCE IN FITNESS TRAINING.

3. COME FOR THE FACE TO FACE SESSIONS FOR TRAINING.
